Fairs Consult can guide you through the registration process for the temporary BIV number for the Second Home Expo shows in Belgium. To start we ask you for 2 documents: 1) the application document BIV Dutch and French and 2) a copy of proof of your professional liability insurance. If you don’t have this insurance Fairs Consult can offer you this through AXA. If you have both, please apply directly to the BIV at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to apply for the insurance through us, please send the application BIV document and a copy ID to email@example.com. After this step, the applicant will receive a confirmation of the insurance coverage and an invoice of € 200. This invoice needs to be paid immediately, as the coverage is only confirmed after payment. Now the applicant can apply at the BIV firstname.lastname@example.org including all needed documents.

All the information in the online catalogue / exhibitors list will automatically be used for the printed visitors catalogue. Make sure to check your company name, website link and listed country (or countries). Changes can be made up to 2 weeks before the start of the show and can be send through this link.
Check-in & final payments
Every exhibitor will receive their badges at check-in in the organization office in the exhibition hall and not by post. At the check-in you will also receive build-up construction bracelets, please wear them for security reasons. Badges will be given after all payments have been done. Final payments can be done at the check-in at the the organization office in the hall. It is only possible to pay cash, debit card or credit card (surcharge of 5% administration and credit card costs). The organization does not accept cheques. All payments have to be made before the start of the show and have to be on the bank account.

Directions & Parking
The exhibition will be organized at Flanders Expo: Maaltekouter 1, 9050 Gent. Parking ticket can be ordered at the scene or in our webshop. Cost 30 euro (VAT not included)/ 3 days.
Flanders Expo offers free unlimited free wireless internet No rights can be derived to this free service. The quality and speed of these WiFi HotSpot connection is highly dependent on the total use and occupancy. For a faster and more stable Internet connection we advise you to order a wired/wireless connection. This is possible in the webshop or directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Enjoy your stay in Ghent (Gent / Gand), the beautiful capital of the Belgian province of East-Flanders. Hereby some restaurant tips to have dinner, make sure to reserve a table on time. Flanders Expo is situated 10 km outside of the city centre and can easily be reached by car (15 min) or by tram (20 min / every 6 min) directly from Flanders Expo.
Every edition the show invites EBK Photography as a specialist of the Second Home market to take pictures of the show. Low resolution pictures with the Second Home International logo will be published. If you prefer specific pictures in high resolution for promotional activities, such as team pictures, action pictures, etc, please contact EBK Photography here.

Restaurant & Wine Bar
During the exhibition hours there will be catering available for exhibitors and visitors in the restaurant. In the middle of the hall you can find the Second Home International Wine Bar. Visitors receive a free wine tasting at the bar and wine can be bought here if ordered in advance. Interested in ordering wine from your country to be delivered on the stand? Additional: Electricity is required and will always be charged separately. Minimum purchase is 2.2kW. The price is 220 euros per edition. The fixed participation fee of 425 euros will also be charged separately. Subscription right, communication in our catalogue, indication on our website, civil liability, insurance for goods up to 8350 euros (ask us about the conditions) and invitation to our exhibitors drink are included in this price.
Free entry tickets for visitors are unlimited available for all exhibitors. At the promotion page you can download online banners to attach your URL to. You receive a copy of all tickets that have been downloaded through this URL and an update will be send after the show of all (visited) registrations. The normal entry price is 15 EUR per person and through online registration 10 EUR per person.
Order all products to optimize your participation at the webshop. Avoid a late order fee of 30% and order your products no later than 3 weeks before the show. Optimize your participation with various products like furniture, plants, televisions, etc. All products are available through the webshop link.
