We want you to have the most positive and safe experience on your journey to buy your second home. To help safeguard you, we have partnered with AIPP – Association of International Property Professionals. In the unlikely event you have a complaint with any of our participating* exhibitors, that you cannot resolve directly with them, AIPP can help through their free ADR service (Alternative Dispute Resolution), delivered via the Property Ombudsman.
AIPP – Association of International Property Professionals is an international organisation of approximately 380 companies based in 31 countries, founded in London 2006.
AIPP Property Ombudsman service currently provides dispute resolution across Europe in accordance with the EU Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Directive which came into effect 1st October 2015. The scheme operates under the international standard of the English language and all complaints about AIPP members must be submitted in English and will be responded to in English.
Further details of the Property Ombudsman ADR scheme can be seen via this link to the AIPP Dispute Resolution Procedure
