”Tijdens de voorjaarseditie 2014 van de Second Home International in de Jaarbeurs Utrecht vond de lancering van ons nieuwe project Villas Winterberg plaats. Het project bestaat uit 24 luxe design villa’s en appartementen (ski in – ski out) in het wintersportdorp Neuastenberg (Winterberg, Duitsland). De belangstelling voor het project was tijdens deze beurs enorm. De combinatie van de moderne architectuur en de aantrekkelijke locatie trokken de aandacht van de bezoekers. Ook de najaarseditie van de Second Home beurs was een succes, wederom werd het project goed ontvangen en het feit dat het project al voor de helft verkocht was tijdens deze beurseditie, gaf de potentiële kopers vertrouwen. Toen Tom van den Brink van Fairs Consult ons benaderde voor de voorjaarseditie van 2015, hebben wij door tekort aan verkoopaanbod met dit project niet meer aan de beurs kunnen deelnemen, een soort: ‘Wegens succes gesloten’.
