Location & address Jaarbeurs hall 11&12

Truus van Lierlaan 2, 3527 KZ Utrecht. P2 is used for construction and dismantling (route click here). All important information about loading and unloading, parking facilities and approach routes click here.

Entering the loading and unloading area is regulated via the Vehicle Registration System (VRS) because there is not enough parking space for all traffic.

Book a time slot

To guarantee access to this zone, we recommend a time slot reservation Add your license plate number, driver’s name and a phone number to the system no later than 24 hours before your reserved time slot, to ensure a smooth flow upon arrival.

From P2 you walk directly into the hall via the expedition bridge (EB) (walking distance about 50m) map click here. We advise exhibitors with less material to park directly at P2. A separate zone has been cordoned off for Second Home exhibitors. Access to the loading and unloading area is also possible without a time slot reservation, but based on availability and instructions on site. As a result, you may have to wait a while.

Loading and unloading

  • Vehicles under 2.70 metres: maximum 60 minutes
  • Vehicles over 2.70 metres: maximum 120 minutes
  • Charges from € 120,- when loading times are exceeded

Parking after loading and unloading

After loading and unloading, please leave the loading and unloading zone to make room for the other assembly and disassembly workers. Vehicles can be parked in parking facilities P2 or P4 at a reduced rate of 50%. This only applies to the assembly and disassembly days, not to the event days or the disassembly evening.

The ticket drawn upon entering the parking facility can be validated at Loge P4. This is the small area in the center of the parking lot next to the barriers. The loge is open from 7:00 – 16:30 for validation of the entry ticket.

▪ Vehicles under 2.70 meters can be parked in P2 and P4
▪ Vehicles over 2.70 meters can only be parked in P2

Note: Uncoupled trailers and semi-trailers are not permitted on the Jaarbeurs or parking lot. These will be removed and the costs will be passed on.

    Dismantling evening after show

To ensure traffic flow and safety during the peak hours of the dismantling evening, the instructions of the traffic controllers must always be followed. From the moment the expo ends, the P2 buffer zone is open to exhibitors with an exhibitor badge or wristband to load important items. No time slot is required for this:

17:00 – 19:00 exclusively for vehicles driven with a category B driving license.
From 19:00 trailers and vehicles driven with a category C driving license are welcome to arrive

Vehicles with time slots for the dismantling evening will be admitted to the loading and unloading zone during the dismantling. Vehicles arriving early will be directed (if available) to paid parking in the P2 parking facility.

      Zero waste policy

Together with the Jaarbeurs, we want to take a step towards sustainability and that includes a zero waste organization. This means that we are taking immediate steps, to separate waste better and to reduce the amount of waste.

During construction and dismantling, we kindly ask all suppliers, exhibitors and stand builders to dispose (packaging) materials and waste themselves. Containers will no longer be placed in the hall, but can be ordered through the organization (prices on request).

Environmental coaches are present in the hall during the construction and dismantling to approach exhibitors, suppliers and stand builders to talk about their waste and the correct way of transporting it. These environmental coaches make their rounds with foil bags so that we can also collect that value stream separately.

Abandoned waste is registered and treated per waste group. The processing costs + handling fee of € 150 will be invoiced directly to the exhibitor. You can order different (roll) containers per waste group (wood, residual waste, paper etc.) from only € 37.00.

We ask all exhibitors, suppliers and stand builders to cooperate in order to reduce waste as much as possible!
